I design the systems that power global industries.

As the Head of Design for AI at IBM Canada, I specialize in bridging the gap between emerging technology and human expertise. From accelerating AI discovery in global mining, to orchestrating computer vision for CPG leaders, to advocating for information integrity in public health, I transform technical complexity into scalable, human-centered service ecosystems.

Community Contributions

My passion: teaching, mentoring and leading creative thinkers.

Alongside my consulting and experience strategy work, I teach at York University, guest lecture at universities, and actively contribute to the design community in Toronto and beyond.

I mentor designers on craft, storytelling, and building influence. And yes: I’m also the kind of person who genuinely enjoys creative side quests, from hands-on making to building scrappy prototypes.

Leveraging AI to improve design and research processes

My workflows are deeply research-driven, and AI has become an essential part of how I move from ambiguity to clarity.

I leverage AI tools across three main areas: onboarding to new projects and client contexts, building fluency in unfamiliar industries quickly, and finding new and unique ways to visualize complex, multi-layered information.

Note: The tools and processes highlighted here are a snapshot in time, not a comprehensive picture of everything I work with. Given how rapidly the AI landscape is evolving, I'm continuously experimenting with new tools and approaches beyond what's shown. Consider this a starting point, not a complete list.
